Our consultation and assistance services may be subject to fees. All fees will be clearly disclosed before service provision. You agree to pay all applicable fees for services rendered.
Any fees charged by airlines (change fees, cancellation fees, etc.) are separate from our service fees and are subject to the airline's policies. We will clearly explain all applicable fees before processing any changes.
We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment is typically required at the time of service provision.
Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to provide the requested service, we will refund any service fees paid. Airline fees are subject to the airline's refund policies.
While we strive to provide 24/7 service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We may temporarily suspend or modify our Services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
Our Services depend on third-party systems, including airline systems and payment processors. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by these third-party systems.
While we work diligently to assist with your travel needs, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Airline policies, availability, and other factors beyond our control may affect the results of our services.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIGHTSUPPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR OUR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Your cellular or mobile telephone provider will charge you according to the type of plan you carry.
